Which formula is right for my cat?
It depends on your cat's primary health need. Choose Kidney Support if your vet has flagged renal concerns or your cat is in a senior life stage (8+). Choose Heart Support for preventive cardiovascular care or if your cat has been diagnosed with a cardiac condition. Choose Hairball Support if your cat has frequent vomiting or regurgitation of hairballs. Not sure? The Variety Pack lets you try all three and see which your cat responds to best.
Can I give this alongside other supplements or medications?
They function as both. Each purée tube is a functional supplement in a treat format. Snap or twist off the tip and squeeze a small amount directly into your cat's mouth, onto a lick mat, or mix it into their food. Most cats take to the lick-from-tube method immediately due to the savory chicken breast flavor. One tube per day is the standard serving.
Is the Kidney formula safe for cats not yet diagnosed with kidney disease?
Yes. The Kidney Support formula is phosphorus-conscious — meaning it's mindful of phosphorus levels, which is important both for cats with CKD and for preventive use in senior cats. All ingredients are safe for healthy adult cats. As always, if your cat has a confirmed diagnosis, we recommend discussing any supplement additions with your veterinary team first.
Can kittens use the purée formulas?
Our purée formulas are designed and dosed for adult cats (12 months and older). We don't recommend them for kittens without veterinary guidance, as their nutritional needs differ significantly from adult cats and some active ingredients are calibrated for adult physiology.
What's the difference between the 10-pack and 20-pack?
Both contain the same formula and tube size. The 10-pack is ideal for first-time buyers who want to confirm their cat enjoys the product before committing. The 20-pack offers better value per tube and is our most popular option for established users. When paired with a subscription, the 20-pack delivers the greatest savings overall.
How does the Hairball formula actually work?
The Hairball Support purée works through a combination of soluble and insoluble fiber. Pumpkin powder and psyllium husk add bulk that helps move ingested hair through the digestive tract rather than accumulating into hairballs. Cellulose provides additional insoluble fiber, and inulin acts as a prebiotic to support the gut environment. Together, they address the root cause rather than just coating the problem.
Can I give my cat more than one formula per day?
We recommend sticking to one formula per day for targeted benefit. If your cat has overlapping needs — for example, both hairball and heart concerns — the Variety Pack is a good starting point to identify the primary priority. For multi-formula use, please consult your vet to ensure the combined ingredients align with your cat's overall health plan.
