No artificial colors or synthetic preservatives are used in any of our formulas. Our cat purées feature a savory chicken breast flavor, while our dog powder has a cheesy beef flavor designed to mix easily into food.

How do I know which product is right for my pet?

Start with your pet's primary health need. For dogs, our 9-in-1 Multivitamin Powder covers broad daily support including digestion, joints, immunity, cognition, coat, heart, antioxidants, and energy. For cats, choose based on targeted support: Kidney Support for renal health, Heart Support for cardiovascular wellness, or Hairball Support for digestive relief. Not sure? Can I give FurBound Wellness products to both my dog and cat?

Our dog and cat formulas are species-specific and should not be interchanged. The Dog Multivitamin Powder is formulated for canine physiology. The Cat Purée formulas are designed for feline nutritional needs, including taurine levels and phosphorus management that differ significantly between species. Always use the product designed for your pet's species.

Is the Dog Multivitamin Powder safe for all breeds and ages?

Yes. The formula is suitable for all adult dogs of any breed or size. We recommend consulting your veterinarian before starting the supplement for puppies under 12 months, dogs with diagnosed health conditions, or dogs currently on prescription medication.

How much powder do I give my dog?

The FurBound Dog Multivitamin Powder dosage is based on your dog's weight:

Dogs under 30 lbs – ½ scoop perday
Dogs 31-60 lbs – 1 full scoop per day
Dogs over 60 lbs – 1½ scoops per day

Important: Start with about a quarter of the recommended dose, then gradually increase over 5-7 days until you reach the full amount. This helps your dog's system adjust. Mix the powder directly into their food or sprinkle it on top.

Can I mix the powder into dry kibble or does it need wet food?

Both work well. The powder is finely milled and dissolves easily into wet food, dry kibble, or even water mixed into food. If your dog is particularly picky, starting with wet food helps ensure they consume the full dose while getting used to the routine.

Can the powder be given alongside other supplements or medications?

If your dog is currently on medication, we recommend checking with your veterinarian before adding this to their routine.

What if my dog refuses to eat it?

If your dog is sensitive, try starting with half the recommended dose mixed into wet food for the first 3–4 days before moving to the full dose. If the issue persists, contact our support team — we stand behind every order with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Does the jar include a scoop?

Yes. Every jar includes a calibrated measuring scoop with clear weight-based dosing guidelines printed on the label and the jar itself. No need to purchase separate measuring tools.

How do I give my cat the purée tube?

Is the Kidney formula safe for healthy cats not yet diagnosed with kidney disease?

Yes. The Kidney Support formula is phosphorus-conscious and safe for healthy adult cats as a preventive supplement. The ingredients are appropriate for general senior cat wellness. If your cat has a confirmed CKD diagnosis, please discuss any supplement additions with your veterinary team to ensure the formula aligns with their treatment plan.

Can kittens use the cat purée formulas?

Our purée formulas are designed and dosed for adult cats aged 6 months and older. We do not recommend them for kittens without veterinary guidance, as kittens have significantly different nutritional requirements and some active ingredients are calibrated for adult feline physiology.

What is the difference between the 10-pack and 20-pack?

Both contain the same formula and tube size. The 10-pack is ideal for first-time buyers who want to confirm their cat enjoys the product before committing. The 20-pack offers better value per tube and is our most popular option for established users. When paired with a subscription, the 20-pack delivers the greatest savings overall.

Can I give my cat more than one formula per day?

We recommend one formula per day for targeted, consistent benefit. If your cat has overlapping health needs, the Variety Pack is a useful way to rotate formulas and identify the primary priority. For regular multi-formula use, consult your vet to ensure the combined ingredient load suits your cat's overall health profile.

How does the Hairball formula actually work?

The Hairball Support purée uses a combination of soluble and insoluble fiber — pumpkin powder, psyllium husk, cellulose, and inulin — to help move ingested hair through the digestive tract before it accumulates into hairballs. Inulin also functions as a prebiotic, supporting the gut environment. The formula addresses the root cause rather than simply coating the problem.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of placement. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $75. Orders below $75 will have a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. We are actively working on expanding to Canada and the UK — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our support team directly. After the 2-hour window, orders are typically already in processing or dispatch and cannot be changed. If your order has already shipped, please use our returns process once received.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or with any missing items, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged product and your order number. We will send a replacement at no charge.

How does the subscribe and save program work?

When you select "Subscribe & Save" on any product page, you'll receive 15% off every recurring order. You choose your delivery frequency (every 30, 60, or 90 days) and your card is charged automatically when each order ships. You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before each charge so you're never surprised.

Can I pause or skip a subscription delivery?

Yes. You can pause, skip, or delay any upcoming delivery through your account dashboard at any time before the order processes. There's no limit to how many times you can pause or skip. Simply log into your account, navigate to "Subscriptions," and select the delivery you'd like to manage.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Absolutely. There are no contracts, commitments, or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellations made before the next scheduled charge date will take effect immediately.

Can I change the frequency of my subscription?

Yes. You can change your delivery frequency (30, 60, or 90 days) at any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect on your next scheduled order. If you've recently received a delivery and want to push back the next one, you can also delay the next charge date manually.

Will I be notified before each subscription charge?

Yes. We send an email reminder 3 days before every scheduled subscription charge. This gives you time to update your address, change your delivery frequency, skip the order, or cancel — all without any pressure. Transparency in billing is important to us.

Can I give these supplements to a pet that is pregnant or nursing?

We recommend consulting your veterinarian before giving any supplement to a pregnant or nursing pet. While our ingredients are generally safe for adult animals, nutrient needs during pregnancy and lactation are significantly different and should be managed under veterinary supervision.

What should I do if my pet has an adverse reaction?

Discontinue use immediately and contact your veterinarian. If the reaction appears severe — including difficulty breathing, extreme lethargy, vomiting, or swelling — treat it as an emergency and seek immediate veterinary care. You may also contact our support team so we can document the incident and follow up appropriately.

We offer a 30-day policy on all orders. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of delivery, contact our support team and we'll issue a full refund.

How do I request a refund?

What if I was charged incorrectly or double-charged?

If you notice a billing error, contact our support team immediately with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies within 1–2 business days. Incorrect charges are fully refunded without question.
